The Ohio Historical Center is the home of the Ohio Historical Society and a museum. Showcasing Ohio's history from the ice age to 1970 with exhibits featuring a variety of topics including the Civil War, natural history, glass, pottery and interactive children activities.

Christopher Columbus' flagship the Santa Maria is a historical preservation used as an educational museum. There are 45 minute tours of the ship including facts from the first voyage and how the sailors lived.
