Under the masterful command of Chef Mavro, French technique pairs with Hawaiian ingredients to create culinary magic. Onaga (snapper), Keahole lobster with white asparagus risotto, roasted lamb loin, and crisp Peking duck breast. Prix fixe menus with three, four, and six courses are terrific values and can be coupled with wine selections as well.

If you're the sort who likes a touch of culinary drama, keep an eye on the open kitchen the staff prepares roast fish, grilled rack of lamb, and stir-fried lobster.island fish, osso bucco, and ahi tuna in its many incarnations. Terrific views complement the experience, as does an attentive staff. Pricey but worth the expense.
